Recent Customer Questions Q&A
After a period of sorting, we once again collected some feedback from customers and made an article for everyone to read.
Q1: Why your zirconia is green after sintering?
A1:It is because your finance has been polluted, different types of zirconia have different subsidiary substances during production. when sintering the substance will get rid of zirconia and come to the heart of finance, it made the heart of finance was polluted because the substance doesn’t get rid of completely.
Pls, sinter the finance empty immediately to help the substance get rid of completely. Each time sintering the heating elements will have new crystalline film. It is better to change the sintering tray and beads as well.
Tips to avoid pollution:
1, Do not sinter different types of zirconia continuously.
For example, today sintering white blocks, if tomorrow you need sinter pre shaded blocks, you should sintering the finance empty after white blocks then sinter pre shaded.
2, All the white blocks crowns should be drying 200 degrees 30 minutes before sintering
Q2: What is the difference between SHT Multilayer and 3D-Plus Multilayer?
A2: SHT is a color gradient. Strength is 1200MPA and 45% translucence.
3D-Plus is both color and strength gradient. Strength from 600MPA to 900MPA, translucence from 43% to 49%.
Meanwhile, We are testing a new 3D E-Plus, Strength can be Max 1100 and translucence from 47% to 49%.
Q3: Pontine fracture after glazing?
A3: There are two possibilities for this problem:
1. The upper gingival porcelain requires repeated enamels, and the burned bridge undergoes multiple heating and cooling. Pulling and cracking are caused by the too fast cooling rate.
Suggestions: Lower the cooling rate and reduce the number of times porcelain loading
Porcelain furnace cooling program should be set a little slower, porcelain furnace cooling too fast will cause thermal stress, thermal shock, ceramics are most afraid of rapid cooling and heating, porcelain furnace cooling down a little bit, the lower temperature limit is set a little lower
This needs to be paid attention to in the porcelain furnace, the mouthful of rapid cold causes thermal stress cracking
Generally, the teeth in the porcelain furnace come out at 700°C and come into contact with the air, and the teeth at 700°C encounter the cold air at 25°C, which causes cracking.
Easiest to break from the missing position, because the missing position is solid, accumulates more heat, and dissipates slowly
2. When the porcelain is cut, the teeth are cut vertically with fine slices. (In the past, metal teeth and porcelain teeth were cut in this way, so technicians are used to it).
Suggestion: When the car porcelain is cut between the teeth, it should be cut sideways in the direction of the teeth. However, this possibility is generally small.
